Terms and Conditions of Sale

By placing a bid you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions of sale

Delivery
There may be no visible external damage to the packaging but your item may have suffered damage during transit if it has been dropped and mishandled by the courier. We therefore advise you to open and check the entire contents in front of the courier and sign their sheet in accordance with the actual condition and quantity of the contents.

If any of the contents appear to be damaged, the package must be signed for as 'DAMAGED' and we must be notified IMMEDIATELY. Any item signed for without any comment, or even 'unchecked' is considered to be received in good condition. No processing (i.e. refund, repair or replacement) can be done on items perceived to be received in good condition, or if we are notified later than two working days after receiving the item. Royal Mail deliveries are exempt from this stipulation.

Warranty
Warranty covers replacement, repair or refund, at option of UKMEMORY. Refunds are made only if a replacement is not available. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from UKMEMORY. If an item arrives damaged or faulty you are responsible getting the item to us, we will then send out the replacement item to you at our cost.

We reserve the right to levy a 10% restocking fee, on returned goods which are found to be in working order and meet the description of the item advertised.

An item should never be returned to us without prior authorisation http://www.ukmemory.com/returns

If you do not accept these terms then please do not bid.
